The 2010 Ghost Hunt season will begin on 1 April 2010. Reservations are being taken now. Weekend hunts (Friday and Saturday evenings) will remain $50.00 per person (No price increase at this time from 2009 rates). A minimum of eight (8) people are required in order to reserve the estate for your group privately.
If your group consists of less than eight (8) people and you would still like a private hunt then you would need to pay a $400.00 flat fee donation in order to close the estate to a private hunt for your group.
This does NOT mean that you can pay a flat fee of $400.00 and have as many people as you like attend. The $400.00 flat fee is ONLY for groups of LESS THAN 8 PEOPLE.
Friday and Saturday nights are generally set aside for private groups except under extraordinary circumstances or where said evening is listed as a "public hunt" on the calendar..
Week night hunts (Sunday evening through Thursday evening) will cost $40.00 per person. There is no minimum number of persons needed to close a week night hunt as private.

All ghost hunting donations are due in full not more than 4 weeks from the time of scheduling (effective 1 January 2010). If you need more time to make payment let us know and we will quote a deposit amount which will allow you to schedule and pay at a later time. However, deposits will be IN ADDITION to the per person fees listed.
We will NOT be accepting any contracts for events from event promoters for 2010. If you wish to schedule a hunt you must do it through Prospect Place (The G. W. Adams Educational Center). If we discover that you are an event promoter and are "reselling tickets" your hunt will be CANCELLED and any money collected returned to you. That date will then be sold to another group. We investigate this with all groups that schedule. As a charity organization we cannot allow "for profit" companies and/or organizations/groups to make a profit from the estate under the new rules for 2010. Sorry.
