Motion Picture Filming at Prospect Place
Prospect Place estate is available for film crews and television/motion picture makers as a location. This historic estate makes a grand statement for historical documentaries, historical dramas as well as paranormal reality shows. Our standard site fee is $1500 and allows you access to the estate on a basis limited only to other reservations. During the off peak season film-makers can have unlimited access (from November through March) each year.
